Saturday, just after noon (12:05pm), I call to confirm my Monday appointment. Naturally, I was very excited, knowing that I had an appointment to purchase it on Monday. Friday night, I get off work and check the car again, notice the price was taken form ****** to ******. Nevertheless, I set up an appointment at 3pm the following Monday to purchase the vehicle because nothing was wrong at that point. We are the highest rated dealership in a 50 mile radius, look it up." Well, for one, you're a used car dealership and two, no, you're definitely not. Wednesday, I call again to ask ***** the questions I had regarding the vehicle, again, very interested and after doing my homework on the vehicle, let her know that the *** value was quite a bit less but nonetheless, I'm interested so I put in an offer. I had read in reviews that their communication was not a strong suit. On Tuesday, I called and left a message for ***** to call me back because I was very interested and had a couple questions. I told her the amount I was putting down, but I had a couple other appointments so I'll get back to her Wednesday. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, which was irresponsible however, it still took 20 minutes for ***** to get the car for me and it was not cleaned. Set up an appointment to come test drive on Monday. So I called and they said it's on the lot. No one got back, that's fine, no big deal. To start to experience with Coda Motors, I had inquired about a vehicle via a third party website. I will also mention that Al at Coda Motors has put this pressure on me because he said that he sold the car and the new owner is going to back out of the deal because they do not have a title, which from my understanding is illegal to sell a vehicle without first obtaining a clear title.

I should mention it took them 3 months for them to contact me for a title that I had never originally received in the mail and have ordered a duplicate for.

They have threatened to have the state police involved. They are now harassing me via text and phone calls threatening me by saying they will put the loan (this was paid off months ago) back in my name after we have already signed the paperwork and the loan was paid off. They are now harassing me for a title that they originally failed to ask for, after I had asked before the deal ever even took place if there was anything that they needed because the car was originally registered and titled in Montana. They are unwilling to reimburse me because they said it was not their problem and that their problems are bigger than mine. The dealership specifically told me that they replaced the brakes before I left the lot that day, I then had to get the brakes replaced for $1165.55 within the 90 days I was given to get the safety and emissions test done. The dealership originally sold me a car that broke down within 20 minutes of driving it off of the lot and then the next car I purchased was not able to pass a safety inspection because the brakes were below 2/32.
